Assemblies
Science adventure is featured on a grand scale in our assembly programs, which are designed for larger groups in a gymnasium or multi-purpose room setting. These 1-1.5 hour programs are interactive, educational and guaranteed to keep students and staff on the edge of their seats with science thrills.

Classroom Programs
Experience an adventure in science without leaving the classroom. These 1-2 hour programs include a general introduction to a science topic by an OMSI educator who guides students through hands-on, interactive activities.

Live Animal Programs
Learn about the natural environment and get up close and personal with snakes and a variety of other fascinating animals under the supervision of trained staff.

Discovery Dome Portable Planetarium
A real planetarium, Discovery Dome brings the delights of the night sky to students during the day. Talented OMSI instructors can present in-depth astronomy programs or a star-studded sampling to get students excited about studying the skies.

After-School Programs
Bring OMSI to your school every week! OMSI brings exciting, hands-on science programs to your school once a week for six weeks or more. These programs are specially tailored for after-school groups.

Science Festival
Bring the spirit of OMSI's exhibit halls and labs to your school. OMSI will fill 10-12 tables with science equipment and challenges that give your students or community many hours of problem-solving fun.

Super Science Days
Super Science Days are daylong events offering a selection of OMSI's Outreach classroom programs for ages 6-14. With thorough organization and widespread publicity, an OMSI Super Science Day makes a popular and enriching community event.

Traveling Science Day Camps
OMSI's Traveling Science Day Camps are 3-5 day, thematic programs designed to enrich students' experience base and skill development by engaging them in hands-on, project-oriented activities. Science Day Camps are available throughout the year.
